Ask Otter anything
“Book a call with Priya Thursday.” “Hold two hours for deep work.” “Move my 3pm.” Say it in plain words - Otter drafts it and waits for your OK. It never touches your calendar on its own.

Reminders that fire
Never double-bookedIt works the whole day, so you don't have to.
Not a booking link you forget about - an assistant that shows up from your first coffee to your last meeting.
Morning briefing
Otter texts you the day: three meetings, two hours of focus held, and a heads-up that your 10am moved to dodge a clash.
Just ask
"Book 30 minutes with the design candidate on Thursday." Otter drafts it, picks a clear slot, and waits for your OK.
Focus, defended
Two hours of deep work, held as real events. New meetings route around them instead of eating into them.
Running behind
Your 1:1 ran long. Otter quietly pings your 2:30 that you're ten minutes out - no awkward apology needed.
Evening recap
Tomorrow opens with the Acme review at 9, notes and action items attached. Nothing to chase, nothing forgotten.

The DayOtter team

The honest answers.
Do I have to talk to the AI to use it?
Not at all. DayOtter is a complete scheduling tool on its own - booking pages, team round-robin, reminders, calendar sync. Otter is there when you want it: ask it to book, reschedule or hold focus time and it drafts the change for you. Never the other way around.
Will Otter ever change my calendar on its own?
No. Otter is confirm-first by design - it proposes, you approve. Nothing lands on your calendar, and nothing moves, without your explicit OK.
Is DayOtter really free?
Yes. Individuals get unlimited event types, calendar sync, group polls and reminders free, forever. Teams are $9 a seat each month - and if you self-host, every feature is free.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud and any ICS feed - unified into one honest view of when you're actually free, across every timezone.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Weighted round-robin, collective availability, routing forms and group polls are built in - the team toolkit that runs $16–20 a seat elsewhere, here for $9.
Can I self-host it?
The core is open-source, AGPLv3-licensed, and ships with Docker. Run it on your own servers with every Pro feature unlocked, or let us host it for you.
Take back your calendar.
Free for individuals, $9/seat for teams. Up and running in minutes - on the cloud or your own server. Your time, your rules.
